Northern lakeshore communities are preparing for continued wet weather, as recent meteorological data forecasts periodic rainfall for Nkhotakota through mid-April. According to regional weather reports, daytime temperatures will range between 21 and 28 degrees Celsius with humidity levels occasionally exceeding 80 percent.
While the district will experience brief sunny periods early next week, forecasters expect rain showers to return by April 15. The wet conditions are expected to culminate in heavy thunderstorms by April 18.
