About this CourseZa Phunziroli
Form 1 Bible Knowledge introduces students to the Bible and its literature, God's work in the Old Testament, and the early life of Jesus Christ. Topics include the meaning and divisions of the Bible, the books of the Old and New Testaments, creation and the fall, Noah and the flood, the call of Abraham, the patriarchs Isaac and Jacob, Joseph in Egypt, Moses and the Exodus, the Ten Commandments and the Sinai covenant, and the birth, baptism and early ministry of Jesus. The course follows the Malawi Institute of Education secondary syllabus and is respectful of the main Christian traditions in Malawi (CCAP, Catholic, Anglican and evangelical churches). Fully bilingual (English and Chichewa).
